That Canva logo you love? You don’t own It.

There’s a quiet design disaster happening across small businesses, and it starts with five words:
“I made it on Canva.”

Let’s get something straight—Canva is a useful tool. It’s great for quick content.
But when it’s used to create your entire brand identity, here’s what you might not know:

❌ You don’t own the design.

Most Canva templates use licensed assets. That “perfect” logo you clicked on?
It’s not unique, not exclusive, and definitely not yours in the way you think.

Anyone else can use it. And they do.

❌ You’re blending in, not standing out.

Canva templates are designed for the masses. The same fonts, colours, icons—replicated over and over.
Your “bespoke brand” might already be in use by a dog groomer in Devon and a nail tech in Norwich.

❌ You’re limiting how your brand can grow.

That Canva file? It wasn’t made for signage, embroidery, packaging or large format.
So when you need a high-res vector version—or want to adapt it for your socials or shopfront—good luck.

✅ A designer will:

  • Create original work you actually own (they can still do that in Canva you know)

  • Give you flexible, adaptable artwork

  • Build something that looks like you, not the template you picked under pressure at 10:43pm.

You’re building a business. Your brand should be built properly too.

If you want something unique, scalable, and yours alone— let’s talk.
